Since 2022, we have awarded over $38,000 in grants to assist with the tuition of children of our alumni who attend Catholic schools in the Philadelphia area. These schools include both diocesan and private Catholic high schools.

A Gold & White Grant is a one-time award of $1000 but we have been working to make them 4-year grants and due to the generosity of our alumni, we are on course to make this happen for our 'Legacy Students'.  

We are pleased to announce the launching of the Faith & Courage Fund, a new way for our alumni to lend a helping hand to others in the McDevitt community. When an alum faces a crisis to their home, health, or life, the Fund steps in.

The inspiration for the Faith & Courage Fund came from members of the Class of 1973, but any alum can apply. To become a Founding Donor or to learn more about the Fund, please contact us.

We are proud to be able to continue the tradition of  holding the annual Alumni Memorial Mass in November where we remember our deceased classmates. 

 Over the past three years we have held the mass in a different parish and also hosted a post mass luncheon.  These include Saint Raymond of Penafort, Queen of Peace, and Saint Luke the Evangelist. The 2024 Mass will be held at Immaculate Conception.

We do need help with the expenses that we incur in hosting the mass and luncheon.
