Since 2022, we have awarded over $60,000 in grants to assist with the tuition of children of our alumni who attend Catholic schools in the Philadelphia area. These schools include both diocesan and private Catholic high schools.

A Gold & White Grant is a one-time award of $1000 but we are working to make them 4-year grants, and due to the generosity of our alumni we are on course to make this happen for our 'Legacy Students'.  

We are pleased to announce the launching of the Faith & Courage Fund, which is a way for our alumni to lend a helping hand to others in the McDevitt community. When an alum faces a crisis to their home, health, or life, the Fund steps in and will offer individuals short term financial assistance. 

We feel this is a great way for the McDevitt family to help one another out in a time of need. 

Funds raised will be used to help with the costs/expenses of the annual Alumni Memorial Mass and post Mass luncheon that we host each fall.

We also need help with the upkeep and maintenance of The McDevitt Room at the Knights of Columbus in Glenside where our school history is on display.  Another goal of ours is to continue to look for and display items from Bishop McDevitt's 60+ years of history.
